WGP Poetry Award / $25 Entry Fee / $500 Prize / Publication by Winter Goose Publishing.
The WGP Poetry Award seeks to recognize strong voices through the medium of poetry. Contemporary poetry with an authentic voice and meaningful themes are encouraged. Previously unpublished manuscripts will be eligible for consideration. We are looking for approximately 90 pages, which can include front and back matter and one poem to each page.
*Honorable mentions may also be considered for publication
Only winners are notified individually. A shortlist will be published on our website sometime in late October 2021 or early November 2021. Winners will be announced mid to end of November 2021.
